An innovative process for the pre-treatment and modification of polymer pipes
The AV-R is a flexible corona station for internal and external surface pre-treatment of polymer pipes.
The extruded polymer pipe is used as dielectric between the inner and outer electrode.
System Highlights
- Safe and easy access for the operator for adjustment and cleaning.
- Remote control interfaces: Factory bus (Profi-bus, Can-bus, Profinet, Ethernet, etc.), remote control via own HMI, remote control via analogue interface.
- No external high-voltage cables. Transformers are connected directly to the electrodes, corresponding minimisation of spare parts.
- Fully enclosed metal housing.
